Taco Soup

I know it dont sound very good but this shit is the bomb!
My wife had it at her school Friday at a chili, soup and stew contest.
I was kind of hesitate of having it for Super Bowl Sunday but damn, she made it and its one of the best soups I've ever tried....it taste more like chili but with a kick.

2lbs. ground beef
2 cups diced onions
2 15oz can pinto beans
1 15oz can pink kidney beans
1 15oz can whole kernal corn, drained
1 15oz can mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
1 15oz can tomatoes with chiles
2 5oz cans diced green chiles
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup of black or green olives, sliced...(optional)

brown beef and onions in skillet, drain
tranfer meat and onions in slow cooker or stockpot
add everything else
cook in slow cooker 6-8 hours on low
stockpot 1-2 hours on stove

I ate mine without anything, but you can place corn chips in your bowl and ladle soup over them... top with sour cream, cheese, green onions and jalapenos.
